You pick a 2-hour window online or by phone. A flooring expert arrives with sample books for every category you're considering, takes a laser measurement of your space, and gives you a real, itemized quote on the spot. The appointment is free, no obligation, and typically takes 45–60 minutes.

What does 'next-day installation' really mean?

If you book your install today, our crew can be at your door tomorrow morning for most in-stock products. Special-order materials (specific wool carpets, exotic hardwood, premium quartz slabs) ship in 3–7 days. We'll tell you the exact lead time during your estimate.

What does the lifetime install warranty cover?

If our workmanship ever fails — seams come apart, tack strips loosen, plank lock joints separate — we fix it free, for as long as you own the home. The warranty does not cover damage from spills, pets, water leaks, or wear (those are covered by your product's manufacturer warranty).

Do you really move our furniture?

Yes. Standard furniture — beds, dressers, couches, tables, dining sets — is moved by our crew and replaced after install. We do not move pianos, gun safes, aquariums, or anything mounted to the wall (TVs etc.).

Find the identical product + installation cheaper, in writing, from any retailer in MN or WI within 30 days of your install. Show us the quote and we'll refund the difference plus 10%.

Are your installers employees or subcontractors?

Employees. Every installer is W-2, background-checked, drug-tested, and trained in-house. They wear branded uniforms and drive marked vans.

What's the warranty on the product itself?

That varies by manufacturer. Most carpets carry 10–25-year wear and stain warranties; most LVP and laminate carry lifetime residential warranties; hardwood typically carries 25-year finish warranties. We'll print the specific warranty for whatever you choose at your estimate.
